His narrative driven films explore hidden secrets of the character trait. Exploring what would be perceived as a common circumstance for a character to be in, he conveys unpredictable details of the inner psyche to help drive the nuances of a story.

He is a strong believer that for a character to over compensate a scenario in order to cover their imperfections can be a light humorous reminder of the difficulties we all experience.  

Tom trained as an actor at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Acting was a major part of his early career. He applies the skills as an actor to his directing today.
